Painful experiences can leave lasting impacts. It can affect your confidence, relationships, and everyday tasks.
You feel overwhelmed, anxious, on edge leading you to question your self-worth and connection to others. It’s difficult for you to let others in and trust those closest to you. You are hurt. Work seems daunting and overwhelming and it may even be difficult to get to.
You may be experiencing physical symptoms such as: racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, panic attacks, nightmares, or flashbacks. Maybe you are questioning what you could have done differently to have avoided the situation or why the event(s) happened to you. You may be experiencing a sense of guilt or shame. Our bodies store our experiences and emotions. We all experience things differently.
Trauma can have a lasting impact on your sense of self, your sense of safety, your perception of the world, your emotions, and your relationships. The reality is, trauma is complex and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Your past doesn’t have to define you.
You will feel connected to your relationships.

You will have a safe and supportive space to process and understand your emotions and experiences. We will dive deeper into your experiences to understand the impacts they have had.
You will gain practical skills to deal with stress and learn to calm your nervous system. When our nervous system is over-activated, it can be very difficult to engage in everyday life and relationships.
